Lifetime Structural Warranty

1. Warranty Overview & Scope
At CyberMetals®, we proudly back the structural integrity of every wheel we design. All our aluminium alloy wheels come with a Lifetime Structural Warranty, exclusively for the original purchaser when bought directly from our website.
This warranty covers:
• Structural failure (including cracks or breakage) due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Failures arising from normal, on-road use that meet vehicle manufacturer specifications
This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, surface damage, or structural failure caused by misuse or external impact (see Section 3 for exclusions).

2. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for this warranty, the following conditions must be met in full:
• The wheels must be in original condition, without any unauthorised modifications, repainting, or welding;
• The wheels must be installed correctly, using appropriate lug nuts and torqued to OEM specifications by a qualified technician;
• The wheels must be used within load and fitment guidelines specified for the vehicle model;
• Proof of purchase is required – including date, sales channel, and invoice/order ID;
• Use must be limited to legal on-road driving within Australia, and excludes off-road, motorsport, commercial transport, or any high-impact applications.

3. Exclusions & Limitations
The Lifetime Structural Warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
• Impact damage, such as hitting kerbs, potholes, debris, or collisions;
• Incorrect installation, including use of incompatible hub rings, spacers, lug nuts, or over/under-torqued fittings;
• Corrosion or paint damage resulting from neglect, improper cleaning, or use of high-pressure cleaners;
• Chemical exposure, including acid-based wheel cleaners or brake dust corrosion;
• Third-party alterations, such as welding, machining or powder-coating;
• Use in any form of racing, drifting, commercial transport or overloaded applications;
• Any damage considered as wear and tear, or outside of normal driving conditions.

4. Claims Process
If you believe your wheels have suffered structural failure under normal use, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact CyberMetals® Support via our official channels;
2. Submit the following information:
• Clear photos showing the affected area(s)
• Photo of the entire vehicle with the wheels installed
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
• Tyre specifications currently mounted on the wheels
3. We may request the product to be returned for inspection;
4. If the claim is validated, we will:
• Replace the affected wheel with a like-for-like or equivalent model free of charge;
• If the original model is discontinued, we may offer store credit or a discounted upgrade;
• Warranty coverage is limited to the specific faulty item – not the full set;
• The warranty does not cover installation, freight, labour, or consequential costs.

5. Transfer & Termination
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser;
• Warranty may be voided if the product has been resold, altered, or installed incorrectly;
• CyberMetals® reserves the right to update or amend the warranty terms at any time, without prior notice;
• Misrepresentation or abuse of the claims process will result in permanent warranty revocation.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This Lifetime Structural Warranty operates in addition to those rights and does not limit or exclude them in any way.
